THE BIGGEST SHOPPING MALL IN SINGAPORE’S NORTH-EAST REGION
Objectives

  1. The biggest shopping mall in the North-East region of Singapore was added to the Placewise
    client portfolio in Q3 2019. The client wanted to launch their rewards loyalty program with
    customer acquisition in mind.
  2. In terms of customer base, the client started from ground zero as the existing base was not
    migrated to the Placewise system (by choice).
  3. As part of the overall acquisition strategy, the mall launched their rewards mobile application
    on 13/8/2019.

The Solution Included Various Initiatives
Deployed various initiatives – targeted social ads, email/SMS communications and incented roadshow events, which leveraged Placewise’s integrated backend CMS and CRM system.

Rewards Launch Campaign (23 Aug – 1 Sep 2019) Claw Machine (Pick the winning ball)
Each new app sign up entitled the member one chance to play the claw machine to win points. Each physical ball in the machine was tagged with varying points. The largest carrot dangled – 100,000 points the equivalent of $500.

11 days of Fashion (1-11 Nov 2019)
To drive targeted traffic and increased spending at Fashion & Accessories stores through this campaign, members enjoy double points for Fashion & Accessories purchases of $20 or more and in addition received a $20 Dining voucher.

Spin the Wheel (23- 31 Dec 2019)
Everyone loves a Wheel of Fortune! New members received a chance to spin the wheel and win $5 / $10 tenant vouchers.
