the Placewise system, the desired outcome was to:

  1. Facilitate a seamless migration of existing shoppers to the new customer database.
  2. Encourage active adoption of the revamped mobile application.
  3. Entice shoppers to sign up as new members.
  4. Promote the continual use of the mobile application.

10 Million Points Mega Draw (15 Oct – 10 Nov 2019)

Creating the Solution
The mall sought the support of Placewise for their CRM capability in the auto-deposit of loyalty points, audit compliance and instantaneous draw of winners.


Campaign Mechanics
Members were awarded chances in the digital lucky draw by scanning of members QR codes at participating retailers with a minimum purchase of $20. Members could play every day, and receive up to 3 chances to win per day.
